Asilah, Morocco
While backpacking in Spain, I decided to take a few days and go to Morocco. I took a ferry from Tarifa, Spain to Tanger, Morocco. Once in Tanger, I boarded a bus for Asilah. Asilah is a beautiful beach town on the north part of Morocco, on the Atlantic Ocean. The architecture reminded me of Greece [...] -
Paris – The City of Light
Reading, learning, understanding about a world famous tourist destination and then narrating on its cityscape of course would not do much justice if you don’t personally visit La Ville-Lumière (The City of Light), Paris. As experienced last year spending long vacation over there, this testimony could be the tribute to this ever-shinning, most glamorous city [...] -
Lisbon City Break
If you’re looking for a slow paced holiday in the sun, Lisbon, with its medieval cathedrals, quaint cafés and narrow cobbled streets is the perfect laid back travel destination. Belém Tower Located 6km from Lisbon city centre, Belém (Portuguese for Bethlehem) is a district of Lisbon. The most iconic attraction here is the Torre de Belém [...] -
Montego Bay, Jamaica
I have stayed at Sandals Negril and Negril Gardens. Visited Hedonism and Couples Swept Away. Negril Gardens is an older resort now owned by Sandals. Cheaper, more basic but well run. -
Cardiff, Wales
Though I had done extensive traveling within the continental US, I was yet to take an overseas voyage. Last fall, I was given that first opportunity to do so. It was amazing how many more things there were to think about; travel medical insurance , passports, language barriers, and the list continues. -
Novosibirsk – A City of Contrasts
The history of Novosibirsk is very simple and sustained in the spirit of the best Siberian traditions: the short pre-revolutionary period, tough Soviet times and even tougher modern Russian period. This beautiful city is really worth seeing. -
Prague
What a gorgeous city! Beautiful architecture and lots of attractions. Czech people in general are friendly but they appear to be cold and reserved. It’s true that they are very outgoing when drunk or in clubs and bars. Most of them speak English, German and Russian. However they don’t really like to speak Russian [...] -
The Valley of the Kings, Egypt
I spent two weeks in Egypt, from Alexandria to Abu Simbal, with stops at Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan. We sailed the Nile river from Luxor to Aswan touring the Valley of the Kings. I am interested in Egyptian History so I was excited to get to visit places I had only read about. I found Egypt [...] -
Vacation in Cancun
Our trip to Cancun was just perfect and we had the most wonderful vacation ever. The weather turned out to be wonderful; we were lucky enough not to have any rain or tropical thunderstorm during our trip. We went snorkeling at a place called Yul-Ku Lagoon which is along the south of Cancun. -
Provincetown
Cape Cod is one of my favorite places to go in summer. There are a lot of nice beaches, affordable hotels and all kind of tourist attractions. However, there is one small town at the tip which will surprise you not only with its natural beauty but also with its extraordinary culture and lifestyle. And [...]
